Feldenkrais Method ® - Awareness Through Movement ® Group Classes (086-007) Jan 09, 2012-Jun 25, 2012

Lessons are verbally directed active learning exercises relating to aspects of human movement. They are designed to break up habitual patterns and instill new ways of thinking, feeling and moving. The exercises are non-judgmental, non-competitive and self-directed so that each person progresses at his/her own pace. Mats and small pillows provided. Wear comfortable clothing. Registration is required due to space limitations.
NOTE: This class runs from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Classes are limited to 12 participants. If you do not register online, please call to make sure there is space still available. You can attend all, or selected sessions. ($10.00 per class, payable at class time).
