086-070 Sacred Pilgrimage I: A Way Out - Series 2 Mar 03, 2015-Apr 21, 2015

This eight-session class is the foundation level of the program. It offers participants a simple, yet life-changing, process for moving out of limiting, painful ways of living and into more natural, authentic, transparent, and enlivening ways of being. The course draws on the inspiration and guidance of the great sages and prophets throughout history who know this path intimately, and many of our contemporary spiritual teachers who navigate the challenging landscape of our times (e.g., Thomas Merton, Richard Rohr, David Benner and Mark Nepo). Through integrating psychology and spirituality, we open up to a whole new way of being where we begin to uncover the various manifestations of the false self. This is a stand-alone class. Participants in Level I do not have to complete Level II & III unless you prefer to continue with the process. *CFD: Spirituality
