This eight-session class is the foundation level of the program. It offers participants a simple, yet life-changing, process for moving out of limiting, painful ways of living and into more natural, authentic, transparent, and enlivening ways of being. The course draws on the inspiration and guidance of the great sages and prophets throughout history who know this path intimately, and many of our contemporary spiritual teachers who navigate the challenging landscape of our times (e.g., Thomas Merton, Richard Rohr, David Benner and Mark Nepo). Through integrating psychology and spirituality, we open up to a whole new way of being where we begin to uncover the various manifestations of the false self. This is a stand-alone class. Participants in Level I do not have to complete Level II & III unless you prefer to continue with the process. Note: This class is the first of three levels. This is a stand-alone class. Participants in Level I do not have to complete Level II & III unless you prefer to continue with the process. Cost: $300.00.

086-043 Sacred Pilgrimage II: A Way Through Sep 25, 2014-Nov 13, 2014

After completion of Level I, participants have the opportunity to enter more consciously and intentionally into the transformative process that was learned in Level I. This stage of the journey is known as liminal space–the in-between–or the place of transition. It is when we have left the familiar, but have not yet been able to replace it with anything else (a.k.a. the dark night of the soul, the desert sojourn, the geography of nowhere). Trained facilitators who are sensitive to this difficult and challenging part of the pilgrimage guide participants through entry point experiences that center, engage and integrate mind, body and heart; while allowing one’s life to unfold and evolve naturally (to locate oneself) in the midst of uncertainty. There is no completion of Level II, but participants have the opportunity to go deeper into the process if they desire in Level III. Note: completion of Level I is a prerequisite to begin Level II.

Cost: $175.00 if registering online or in person. To receive the $25.00 discount, the whole amount of $175 must be paid in advance or at the time of the first class. The alternative payment option is to pay $25.00 for each session ($25 X 8) , for a total of $200.00 paid by the end of class.

Note: This class will not meet May 26, Memorial Day, and due to that skipped week, the class will run through July 14.
