The Marywood Chapel at Dominican Center is open for prayer 9:00 am – 5:00 pm daily. Please check in at the front desk. All groups are welcome — no registration or fee is required.

Centering Prayer
Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30 pm
Would you like to learn more about contemplative prayer? Would you like to join with a group of like-minded people to support your prayer life? Centering prayer is a contemporary way of prayer designed to facilitate the development of contemplative prayer. It is inspired by writings of major contributors to the Christian contemplative heritage.

Lectio Divina
Wednesdays, 12:00-12:30 pm
Looking for a way to deepen your prayer life? Want to strengthen your ability to wait upon and rest in God’s presence? Join us Wednesdays for Lectio Divina, a blend of slow, prayerful reading of scripture and silence that enables one to discover in daily life an underflying spiritual rhythm.
